How do I get a NHLS account?
Directly from your closest NHLS Laboratory, or by following the link on the NHLS website.
Alternatively you can mail the NHLS IT desk at: helpdesk@nhls.ac.za
Request their help with setting up your NHLS credentials.
How do I Reset my NHLS password?
The NHLS resets passwords once a month. Please make sure you have updated your credentials. Up-to-date credentials are essential for the Scanner to work properly.

How do I Unsubscribe from your app?
In the app, navigate to Settings and select Subscription. Here you will be provided information on your subscription and options for changing your Subscription.
For iOS: Open your phone's Settings, select your Apple ID and finally select Subscriptions. Here you will find a list of all your active subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you will be given the opportunity to change it as needed.
For Android: Open your Google Play Store app, at the top right, tap the profile icon and then select Payments & subscriptions. By selecting a Subscriptions, you will be given the opportunity to change your subscriptions as needed.
